Biden’s Forced Vaccination Campaign is Dead

Biden's Forced Vaccination Campaign is Dead
Number of Covid infections per day in November and December

A United States District judge, on Tuesday, blocked the last of Biden’s vaccine mandates that he set forth, beginning in September, to increase vaccination rates across the U.S.  Federal contractors were required, by January 18th, under Biden’s mandate, to be fully inoculated against the coronavirus.  That order has been stayed by Federal Judge Stan Baker of Savannah, Georgia.  With the blocking of the required vaccine mandate for healthcare workers by a Louisiana Federal judge last week, and the mandate for private businesses with more than a 100 employees be fully vaccinated by January 4th, blocked by a New Orleans Federal Appeals court last month, Joe Biden’s forced vaccination campaign is dead in the water.  Combine that with OSHA backing down from enforcing the private businesses mandate, and Joe Biden has a tough climb ahead of him to prove that his administration is not overreaching.

The Biden Administration is Overreaching With Vaccine Mandates

Judge Stan Baker stated that the Biden administration was exceeding its authority in mandating that Federal contractors be vaccinated against Covid-19.

“The government exceeded its authority with a requirement that millions of employees of federal contractors be inoculated.”

Baker also added that under Procurement Act 9, congress clearly didn’t authorize the Biden administration to mandate vaccines for federal contractors.

“The Court finds that Plaintiffs have a likelihood of proving that Congress, through the language it used, did not clearly authorize the President to issue the kind of mandate contained in EO 14042, as EO 14042 goes far beyond addressing administrative and management issues in order to promote efficiency and economy in procurement and contracting, and instead, in application, works as a regulation of public health, which is not clearly authorized under the Procurement Act 9.  While the Procurement Act explicitly and unquestionably bestows some authority upon the President, the Court is unconvinced, at this stage of the litigation, that it authorized him to direct the type of actions by agencies that are contained in EO 14042.”

This latest challenge to Biden’s overreach was filed by the States of Georgia, Utah, West Virginia, Alabama, Indiana, Kansas, and South Carolina.

The Vaccine Mandates Are a Distraction

Biden is desperately trying to keep the Pandemic alive in order to distract the country from the disastrous job he is doing on all fronts.  The Coronavirus isn’t going anywhere and is here to stay.  The latest Omicron variant is a dud, but is being treated in the main stream media as the next apocalypse.  The vaccines are proving severely ineffective against any variant and are just about as effective as your average Flu vaccine, yet we are not mandating that every year.  What is happening, is an increase in deaths and adverse reactions to the vaccines.  If this were any other vaccine on the market, it would have been pulled.  The Vietnam province of Thanh Hoa pulled a batch of Pfizer vaccines that gave 120 kids aged 15-17 adverse reactions, some of those serious.  With almost 930,000 adverse reactions worldwide and almost 20,000 deaths from the Covid vaccines, it seems irrational that we are not pulling the vaccines from the market until they have been thoroughly and properly tested.  Yet, we are trying to mandate a medical procedure that should be between a doctor and their patients.  But, instead, we are dividing the country and segregating between the vaccinated and unvaccinated and treating the unvaccinated like they are lepers.  You can go to an NFL game and stand shoulder to shoulder with 50,000 fans and are not required to be vaccinated or masked, but if you’re a kid in school, you have to mask up and social distance.  How does that even make sense, especially since kids are the least vulnerable to this virus.  We are doing more long term psychological harm to these kids than any virus will.

Let’s Focus on the American Decline Rather Than Whose Vaccinated or Not

It’s all about common sense, but when has our government ever used common sense in any decision.  If you are vaccinated, how is me not being vaccinated affecting you.  You’re supposed to be protected, right?  Well…not really now, because the vaccines are proving ineffective with the vaccinated looking at 2, 3, and 4 booster shots being mandated.  If I get a Flu vaccine, can I still get the Flu?  Of course I can.  So what’s different about Covid.  Nothing, because the Covid virus mutates and vaccines don’t have the natural ability to fight against all the different variants just like the Flu vaccine doesn’t.  But natural immunity does have a way of fighting off the variants.  This latest stay on the last of Biden’s ridiculous private sector mandates, is a good thing and means that there are still some sane, common sense individuals, in our government.  Biden will fight for these mandates all the way up to the Supreme Court, but will not prevail.  For a president who campaigned on reigning in the Coronavirus, Biden has failed spectacularly.  The death toll in Joe Biden’s 1st 10 months in office has exceeded all of 2020 with 396,442 deaths.  Biden, or whoever is running the government, should be worrying about gas prices, supply chains, labor shortages, the border crisis, and a weak foreign policy, rather than an insignificant vaccine mandate.  The country is in dire straights, and needs to be turned around now, or it might be a decade before we see the economic growth we saw a couple of years ago.
