Vaccine mandates for private businesses are here and businesses with more than 100 employees need to be fully vaccinated by January 4th or face fines of $14,000 per incident. In addition, employees who refuse to be vaccinated have to supply employers with weekly covid test results at their own cost. This also includes the cost of masks. Before this new regulation, any OSHA mandated regulation was paid for by the employer, but in a despicable way to force employees to get vaccinated, OSHA and Joe Biden, have put the cost burden on the employee. 19 states including Alabama, Arkansas, and Florida, have vowed to fight the unconstitutional federal mandate, saying that government should not be mandating private businesses intrude on the medical decisions of their employees. This is another con job example of Joe Biden and his administration taking advantage of the pandemic, to stoke fear, and control the lives of private citizens. In a rapidly declining economy, due to stifling Covid mandates and restrictions, this new mandate will put the final nail in our economy as companies lose more workers in an already depleted worker shortage.
Why Wait Until After Christmas to Mandate the Vaccine if it’s an Emergency
Back in April, Joe Biden was sitting on a 69% approval on his handling of the pandemic. In an NBC news poll that came out a few days ago, Biden is sitting at a 51% approval of his handling of the pandemic vs a 47% disapproval. As more and more information comes out about the ineffectiveness of the vaccine, the amount of people who have died from it or had adverse reactions, and the fact that the government has completely been one sided in its reporting of who is getting Covid vs those who are not, it’s no wonder half the country is completely against a vaccine mandate. White House officials today, stated that there was an emergency need for them to have OSHA act quickly, because currently there are over 745,000 deaths from Covid and 70,000 cases per day…the largest in the world. Well that sounds like an emergency, except for the fact that the amount of breakthrough cases of those that have been fully vaccinated is being underplayed and lumped in with those that are unvaccinated. Arizona for example, is seeing a surge in Covid-19 infections from those that have been fully vaccinated. In addition, if mandating a Covid vaccine was such an emergency, why then, did OSHA wait two months to announce their mandatory regulation. Also, why are we waiting until after Christmas to set a deadline. Because Joe Biden was being nice? No, because the Biden administration wanted to mitigate any further supply chain disruptions by ensuring there might still be enough workforce to get us through the holidays. What a joke. This new regulation from OSHA is being mandated under emergency use. It can’t be that much of an emergency if they are waiting a total of four months to roll it out. Again, it’s about control the populace, nothing more.
Ron DeSantis is a Common Sense Governor Who Believes in America

against government overreach into our private lives. Ron DeSantis is already suing the Biden administration over their federal workers vaccine mandates, but today he vowed to sue Biden on OSHA’s unconstitutional overreach. DeSantis himself even stated, in an article from the Washington Examiner, by Asher Notheis, that it’s not an emergency if they are waiting until after Christmas to enforce the mandate.
DeSantis also said he found it “interesting” how the OSHA rule took two months for it to be issued despite being deemed an “emergency power.”
“And, of course, the rule doesn’t take effect until January, which is convenient because it’ll minimize workforce disruptions over the holiday season, which we know we’re likely to see anyways, and then, this would only exacerbate that,” DeSantis said. “So, this is not consistent with a government of limited and enumerated powers.”
