Facebook will be implementing new post policies following “Whistleblower” Francis Haugen’s testimony to congress, in which she stated that Facebook was more concerned about profits than users. Facebook will be reducing the presence of politics on both its Facebook and Instagram platforms all in the name of safety. Safety in the name of young teens who might be misinformed by hateful political rhetoric they see on Instagram or Facebook. Nick Clegg, who is Facebook’s Vice President of global affairs and communications, and was the deputy Prime Minister of England, stated on ‘Meet the Press’ this past Sunday, that the new policies will be put into place after the safety regulations from the 2020 presidential election have been lifted. This was all in response to Francis Haugen’s “damning testimony” in which she alleged that big tech, including Facebook are putting profits over safety that are amplifying misinformation and killing people, including being very addictive to young teens.
“The result has been more division, more harm, more lies, more threats, and more combat. In some cases, this dangerous online talk has led to actual violence that harms and even kills people,”
The keyword, misinformation, should have been the first clue to congress that this “whistleblower” was a plant, and if that wasn’t enough, then key democrats supporting and standing up for Francis Haugen, should have been the second. The whistleblower wreck, that is Francis Haugen’s testimony to congress, is obvious and fraught with democratic operatives that have only one goal in mind…to censor those that would speak out against anything the left stands for.
Francis Haugen is a Left Wing Activist and a Democrat Operative
Francis Haugen is a plant, in my opinion, to get the democratically controlled congress, to pass regulations that would benefit big techs goal in censoring speech from those on the right side of the aisle. Democrats are effectively trying to shut out any forms of communication from the right that they can and this testimony from Francis Haugen was the first blow. Francis Haugen is no stranger to the big tech world and has worked at Google and Pinterest in addition to Facebook. Haugen is a big proponent of what bias in algorithms consist of as well as inclusion. She was praised while she worked at Pinterest for her push to give users the option to filter searches to specific skin tones. Wow. She is a confirmed left wing activist who has donated 40 times to democrats totaling $2000 since 2015. In January of 2020, she also donated to radical left wing activist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s campaign plus her political action committee’s ‘Courage to Change’. And, in an exclusive article from The National Pulse, Haugen shows very Marxist tendencies in posts from 2009, where she states that she recently bought comic books for her cousin related to Marxist philosophies. In addition to that, she is represented by a group known as ‘Whistleblower Aid’. This is a group co-founded by John Tye and Mark Zaid. Mark Zaid was part of the legal team that defended the whistleblower in the Trump Ukraine telephone “scandal”, that ultimately led to a joke of an impeachment of President Trump.
Facebook and Big Tech Benefit From the Whistleblower’s Testimony
By the time Francis Haugen got to Congress, all the pieces were in place to make it look like Haugen was legitimately concerned about Facebook’s ethics and how they were presenting information to its users and specifically to young teens. I have a teen at home and I can assure you he, along with the rest of his friends are not using Facebook at all. Instagram…maybe. Haugen had access to what was going on inside of Facebook(she was their product manager of the civic misinformation team during and after the 2020 election), has worked at other big tech companies, and makes the perfect “whistleblower” to try and exact change through either government or Facebook self regulation. And, Facebook could claim that they are doing it as a result of the “damning” testimony to congress and also claim that want to right their previous ways. Francis Haugen is not a believer in free speech whatsoever, but rather a big believer in regulated speech that has a specific outcome and benefit. Haugen has come out a fraud as a “whistleblower”. If she was so courageous, then why did she decide to go to the very left leaning ’60 Minutes’ with this information instead of outlets like ‘Fox News’, ‘Newsmax’, ‘Oann’, or ‘The Daily Wire’? Because she’s a plant, put there to affect change that will benefit Big Tech. Many news outlets on the left are already decrying the fact that Haugen was a plant, but you can’t tell me, that, in just a few short months, this very documented left wing activist had a change of heart. Big Tech needed a way to get Congress to act and get ahead of possible changes to act 230, which prevents people from suing or holding these Big Tech companies liable for their policies. Big Tech also needed a big display in Congress to back up their new communications agenda.
Facebook Will Force People to Use Other Platforms
Facebook and Instagram will become regulated anti free speech platforms that will censor content they deem inappropriate. Facebook was initially developed as a platform where we people could link up, share ideas, and communicate. Now it’s nothing more than a radical left run publicity farce that will alienate half of its audience guiding us all into the proper way to think. Way to go Facebook. And what better way to implement this censorship than having a liberal democrat in the like of Nick Clegg, the former deputy Prime Minister of England, excise that freedom of speech. Ironic. This could also be a good thing because this will force people to look elsewhere for platforms to exercise their free speech. Places like Gettr, Rumble, and Odysee, are looking more and more palatable. You can’t silence or regulate the American people, or force them to think things only you agree with. It’s antithetical to everything the United States stands for and freedom of choice will win the day as it has for centuries.
