Last I checked, it was Women’s history month, but that apparently doesn’t mean anything to the new Supreme Court Justice Nominee, Ketanji Brown Jackson. When asked by Tennessee Senator Marsha Blackburn, what the definition of a woman was, Jackson said she couldn’t provide one, because she wasn’t a biology expert. What!? Not a biology expert? Either she’s that dumb, or she’s a radical, progressive leftist, who is beholden to an ideology that believes in pronouns, and that your sex at birth is optional. But this is who Joe Biden nominated, and who Americans are stuck with, even if all Republicans voted against moving her forward. The nomination hearings showed America, that the left is willing to place someone on the Supreme Court who is wholly unqualified, just to push and cement their agenda for decades to come. Ketanji Brown Jackson, is a cunning, smart, and devious Judge, who has no place on the Supreme Court. She pretended not to remember cases, pretended not to know what a woman was, pretended that child pornography was complicated, and believes in CRT, but claims ignorance that it’s being taught in a school that she currently sits on the board. This was an activist judge, defying to give Americans the truth, because she condescendingly knows she will be the next Supreme Court Justice.
What’s a Woman?
Senator Marsha Blackburn was asking Jackson about the famous Supreme Court case, United States vs Virginia, which challenged Virginia Military Institute’s male only admissions policy(which ruled 7-1 in favor of the United States, and had Ruth Bader Ginsburg write the majority opinion, in which Ginsburg defined the differences between the sexes), when the question about the differences between males and females came up. Jackson stated she wasn’t familiar with that very popular case(which is also taught in law schools), which is a red flag in and of itself. When Ketanji Brown Jackson was then asked by Senator Blackburn for a definition for the word woman, Jackson replied that she couldn’t in the context that she was being asked, and then proceeded to ramble on about disputes as a judge over definitions.
“Can I provide a definition? No. I can’t. Not in this context, I’m not a biologist. Senator, in my work as a judge, what I do is address disputes. If there’s a dispute about a definition, people make arguments, and I look at the law and I decide.”
The definition of a woman is rather easy to define and is not ambiguous. A woman is a female. A female is someone with two X chromosomes, has ovaries, different anatomy, and has the ability to give birth. I don’t think that’s very hard to say. But assuming Jackson’s political leanings, her answer is not that surprising.
A Board of Trustee Member That Doesn’t Know a School’s Curriculum
Jackson also sits on the board of trustees for the Georgetown Day School, a private k-12 school located in Washington DC. This school hosts affinity
groups for middle and high schoolers associated with particular races that exclude white students. GDS also hosted a musical rendition of Spring Awakening, which explores adolescent sexual experimentation, during the Coronavirus pandemic. They had students mime the physical acts of kissing and touching, and performed songs entitled “Touch Me”, “The Word of Your Body,” “Totally F***ed,” and “The Bitch of Living”. It was recommended that only kids from eighth grade and up watch the play, as well as counselors being on hand for all students…just in case it was too overwhelming…you think? In addition, GDS also promotes CRT teaching of kids k-2, through books by such CRT advocates as Ibrahim Kendi. Senator Ted Cruz asked Jackson if she supported CRT instruction at GDS, and Jackson replied that she was not aware, because the board doesn’t get involved in the curriculum. Yet in 2019, Jackson, who has been a part of the GDS community for 9 years, and a board member since 2019, stated in the winter edition of the GDS magazine, that she witnessed the transformative power of critical thinking.
“Since becoming part of the GDS community seven years ago, Patrick and I have seen the transformative power of rigorous progressive education dedicated to fostering critical thinking, freedom and social justice.”
This school actively promotes segregation and discrimination, teaching through Ibrahim Kendi’s books, that babies are inherently born racist. Jackson is being purposely dishonest about her views on CRT, and there are plenty of examples proving her support of this very racist theory. This is not a Supreme Court Justice that should be allowed on the bench.

Make No Mistake, Ketanji Brown Jackson is a Progressive Activist
There are many reasons that came to light during the nomination hearings that should prevent Jackson from being confirmed to the Supreme Court. Some of these include her extremely light sentencing for child pornographers, her refusal to say when she thought life began, religious views, and whether or not the Constitution is a living document. Jackson danced around her judicial philosophy, which is at the core of all judges decision making, and instead focused on her methods. Jackson also dodged answering anything truthfully about CRT, only acknowledging that it was utilized in law schools. That does not make for an honest Supreme Court Justice dedicated to defending the Constitution, and sounds more like an activist judge bent on shaping the law to what fits her political views. She is supported by numerous progressive activist groups, among them Demand Justice and Planned Parenthood, that have been pushing for Jackson’s nomination. Demand Justice, for example, announced a 1 million ad campaign in support of Jackson’s nomination, and plans to spend more. If you go to Demand Justice’s website, they stand for diversity and inclusion in the Federal courts, instead of defending the Constitution. Federal courts based on representation, rather than qualified candidates proves a leftist agenda, and one that is antithetical to America. Being supported vigorously by Demand Justice and Planned Parenthood, should tell everyone enough about Ketanji Brown Jackson’s political views. Ketanji Brown Jackson will more than likely be confirmed, to the detriment of America, and despite the fact she can’t define what a woman is being a woman herself.
Breyer will not retire midterm and this leak is coming from somebody in the White House who wants to use it as a test balloon to get rid of Kamala Harris.
