Dr. Anthony Fauci has been nothing but divisive during the Coronavirus outbreak, not following the science, but claiming he has, and flip flopping on everything from mask wearing and social distancing, to vaccines and shutdowns. So, are his flip flops misdirection to stoke fear into the populace to get them to take the vaccine? He has also stated that you might have to give up Christmas this year and avoid large gatherings. Oh, wait…he flip flopped on that the very next day. And, in addition to that, the latest controversy surrounding Fauci, is his statement that Americans must be willing to give up individual freedoms for the greater good of society by taking the vaccine…another flip flop. The Biden administration’s chief medical advisor’s long history on flip flopping on Covid restrictions and mandates seems politically expedient and only furthers the confusion and distrust the American people have in our government.
Infection Rates Have Risen, But Because of Bad Policies and Open Borders
Dr. Fauci claimed, back on August 1st to ABC’s Jonathan Karl, that things were going to get worse with Covid because of the increase in cases they were seeing. He must have had a crystal ball because he was right…infections have increased, but not because of people not being vaccinated. Sure, the Delta variant is much more contagious but it has proven less deadly. But, the two main contributing factors to the increase in infections and deaths are the open borders at our Mexico border, and the Biden administration transporting illegal aliens and Afghan refugees all over the United States. The southern States are seeing an infection rate rise due to illegal aliens crossing the border unchecked, and states like Nevada, Montana, and Wyoming are seeing increases in infection rates due to the resettlement of refugees that have not been tested or vaccinated. And not to get too conspiratorial here, but Joe Biden knew Afghanistan was going to fall back in July when he made that call to persuade then Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani to thwart perceptions that everything was not fine. So, we could have avoided this mess way back then but Joe Biden was more worried about his reputation. Well, that back fired, didn’t it? As a result, we have these tens of thousands of Afghan refugees, that we’re responsible for all of a sudden, and the government has decided to plant them very strategically across the U.S. I remember a time when we impeached a President for a phone call last year…hypocrites.

Fauci Helped With Biden’s Distraction By Flip Flopping On Vaccine Mandates
If you look at charts, from USAfacts.org, you will see the increase in Covid infections and deaths begin to rise right around the time of the Afghanistan debacle and the crisis at the the Mexican/Texas border during the month of August. So, yes, Fauci was correct that it was going to get worse but mostly because of a self inflicted wound. The concern is that Fauci was using the potential surges as an excuse to push Americans into getting vaccinated. Did the Biden administration know it was going to be a fiasco in Afghanistan and did they plan on the borders being overrun? I think they knew their policies were going to create the mess they did and is using the excuse of the Pandemic to scapegoat their incompetence by diverting attention and demanding everyone get the vaccine. This is why Biden stated on September 12th, that he was going to mandate any employer with over 100 employees get the jab. It was a complete distraction from the Afghanistan debacle. And who was on board immediately…Dr. Anthony Fauci. Just the previous month CDC director Rochelle Walensky and Fauci both claimed there wouldn’t be mandates required for vaccination. A month before that, in July, press secretary Jen Psaki said the same thing.
Fauci’s Flip Flops On Mask Wearing is Comical
Fauci’s history of unreliable guidance is epic and begs the question whether or not he is even qualified to make medical decisions. In my opinion, the man is an absolute farce. His flip flops on mask wearing alone are comical. In February of last year he claimed to a colleague that was traveling, that masks should only be worn by the infected as the virus would be able to travel through any store bought mask.
“The typical mask you buy in the drug store is not really effective in keeping out virus, which is small enough to pass through the material. It might, however, provide some slight benefit in keep[ing] out gross droplets if someone coughs or sneezes on you. I do not recommend that you wear a mask, particularly since you are going to a very low risk location.”
Fauci continued that sentiment up through march 8th when, on ’60 minutes’, he claimed that there was no reason to be masking up.
“There’s no reason to be walking around with a mask,” in part because “it could lead to a shortage of masks for the people who really need it.”
He then changed his tune by the end of March and recommended universal mask wearing in the United States and also admitted that he lied to the American people because he wanted to avoid a mask shortage.
“There are some data from NIH that indicate that mere speaking without coughing elicits aerosols that travel a foot or two. If that is the case, then perhaps universal wearing of masks in the most practical way to go.”
Following that guidance, then President Trump, on April 3rd, recommended that all Americans mask up. Fauci has been on record stating that masks should be worn at the beach as soon as you get out of the water, to stating there’s a low risk of contracting Covid outdoors, to stating that having multiple layers will provide protection. And, up through May of this year, Fauci and the CDC continued their mask insistence before it was lifted and then only to be reinstated the following month. Fauci still recommends young unvaccinated children being masked up while playing with their friends. Below is a great montage of Fauci’s flip flops on masks.

Personal Freedoms Are Important…Well, Not Really
On February 29th, 2020, two weeks before there was a national lockdown, Fauci stated that there were no worries and that people should be going about their normal routines. A month later he was an advocate of 6ft social distancing. For someone who was supposedly chosen for his expertise, there’s a lot of indecision. On vaccines, Fauci has flip flopped as well. Two months ago he was opposed to mandating vaccines where as today he thinks the unvaccinated should give up their freedoms for the safety of society.
“There’s no secret that I feel that we should not have central [vaccine] mandates from the federal government,” Fauci said just last month while encouraging businesses to “seriously consider the idea of mandating vaccination in the enterprise for which they are responsible whether that’s a university or a place of business.”
He also stated in July of 2020 that he didn’t think the federal government should mandate vaccines as it would encroach on an American’s personal freedoms.
“I don’t see it on a national level merely because of all the situations you have upon encroaching upon a person’s freedom to make their own choice of their own health”
But now it’s about the safety of all of society and that takes precedence over your individual freedoms.

Stay Home, Don’t Stay Home, You Might Have to Stay Home Again
Fauci has also flip flopped on the shutdowns saying that he was for the initial two week shut down and that’s it, to an extended shutdown, to saying continued shutdowns could have irreparable damage to the country, to saying if we don’t abide by our restrictions there could be another shutdown. He was basically saying on that last point, that if you do as we say you can keep your freedoms. Fauci has also recently flip flopped on booster shots, saying that he disagreed with the FDA’s decision to not approve booster shots for the general public, saying it was a mistake, to a few days later saying he supported the FDA’s decision. Fauci isn’t the only one who has flip flopped on Covid restrictions, mandates, and vaccines. The CDC has fueled that fire as well.
For an Expert, Fauci Doesn’t Sound Like One
Anthony Fauci is supposed to be the head medical advisor for the Biden administration and is also the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. He is no stranger to infectious diseases. So why has Fauci flip flopped on so many things surrounding the Coronavirus in which he has significant expertise. And, when I say expertise, I mean in infectious diseases…like the Coronavirus. I know each virus is new, but a lot act in the same way and you would think Dr. Fauci would be a little more definitive on what his recommendations were. I think Fauci has a huge ego that is front and center over what the actual science says on Covid-19. He refuses to talk about natural immunity, herd immunity has been waffled on, and drugs that can be used to prevent or dilute symptoms like Ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, or monoclonal antibodies are verboten. There has been plenty of “science” on all of these remedies for Covid-19 but Fauci, the CDC, and the Biden administration refuse to acknowledge them.
Fauci Stands to make a Profit From the Vaccine
One of the reasons, according to Robert F. Kennedy Jr., is that Fauci stands to make a hefty profit from the production of the vaccines. Basically, Fauci’s National Institute for Allergic and Infectious Diseases, owns patents that have developed an element for the production of vaccines that fight the Coronavirus. Any of the vaccines that utilize this patent would end up splitting the profits of the vaccine 50/50 with Fauci’s company. In other words, it behooves Fauci not to recommend these other alternatives. So, all of Fauci’s flip flops and misdirection could be done on purpose to scare, intimidate, and alter the narrative so that the American people might feel like they have no choice but to take the vaccine. Just a thought…but would you be surprised? Probably not. And, to add insult to injury, Fauci is coming out with a book on November 2nd titled ‘Expect the Unexpected: Ten Lessons on Truth, Service, and the Way Forward’. So, Fauci is allowed to speak his mind on what happened during the pandemic but the average everyday Joe cannot because it might be labeled misinformation. Or, better yet, Fauci, who is among the highest paid Federal employees, if not the highest paid, is going to profit while we were forced to stay home, have our lives upended, and our freedoms stripped.
Fauci and the Biden Administration are What’s Wrong With Government
Fauci is the pinnacle example of what is wrong with our government right now. Dr. Anthony Fauci’s comical flip flops are not so comical when you have to ask the question why he flip flopped so many times. Was it for profit, was it incompetence, or was it indecision, or maybe it was all three. In any case, any one of those reasons have helped fuel a divide in this country that might just get worse before it gets better. The Federal government is not the answer to our problems and is a lot of times the road block to our success as a nation. Ronald Reagan said it best when he said “The nine most terrifying words in the English language are, “I’m from the government and I’m here to help.” And, from his inauguration speech from January 20th, 1981 he said: “In this present crisis, government is not the solution to our problem, government is the problem”. How true that stands today.
