Why Doesn’t Bob Stop it Now?

Disney has officially become the poster child for what’s wrong in America.  They have taken a once trusted place of innocence, and turned it into a bastion of perversion, subjecting kids, parents, and fans to things that are not normal in Americans everyday lives.  This vocal minority who has taken over the company, insists that these LGBTQ themes and identity politics exist everywhere around you, so therefore your kids should be subjected to them whether you like it or not, and Disney will be the willing messenger.  Disney is the most famous brand on the planet, and their influence is far reaching.  Why would a company, started by a man who believed wholeheartedly in America and its values, and cherished the imagination and fun kids bring to the world, want to pervert that for 1% of the population?  That’s an extensive article for another day, but suffice to say, every day Disney is proving how little they care about kids and their families.  Among them are making Disney’s Bippity Boppity Boo Boutiques in their theme parks less offensive to their transgender employees, and making their theme park bathrooms gender neutral.  The theme parks aren’t the only place Disney have catered to with left wing activists in their company.  Star Wars, the MCU, Pixar, and their Disney Plus programming for kids, have all been taken over by identity politics in the name of diversity and inclusion.  I know some believe Bob Chapek has an agenda to stop all of this, but with new woke changes happening on a weekly basis, it begs the question…Bob Chapek is the CEO, right?  Why doesn’t Bob stop it now?  Why is he waiting, and not putting his foot down on any of this crap that’s destroying the Walt Disney Company?

Don’t Offend the Transgender Adult but Okay on Confusing the Kids

Disney has infected everything from their kids programming, Disney Plus and box office, to their theme parks and merchandise, with woke identity politics nonsense.  They are actively training their employees to comply with their politics, through their Reimagine Tomorrow campaign…that openly promotes discrimination and targets white people as one of the main causes.  Disney’s theme parks have surrendered to the LGBTQ narrative by making bathrooms gender neutral, omitting the “ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls” messaging from their announcements, and are now calling Fairy Godmothers in the Bippity Boppity Boo boutiques, Fairy Godmother apprentices, so not to offend transgender Fairy Godmothers.  Kids go to Bippity Boppity Boo.  But because we don’t want to offend a transgender adult, we’re instead going to confuse little kids who don’t understand what a transgender is.  In addition to that, Disneyland omitted Walt Disney’s famous Disney speech from its 67th anniversary celebration.  Way to go Disney.  Way to be inclusive to what your target audience wants.

Bob Chapek is Allowing This

Of course it doesn’t end their.  We’ve been subjected to content on Disney Plus and at the box office that has Baymax from Big Hero Six shopping for feminine hygiene products, ‘Strange World’, an animated movie coming out later this year, that will focus on a gay teen couple, Pixar’s ‘Lightyear’ that focused on a lesbian relationship, and made Buzz Lightyear the enemy in his own movie, an emasculated Star Wars and MCU, that were originally brought on to garner more boys into the Disney universe, but instead have race, gender swapped, or outright killed and belittled established characters we all grew up with, have transformed rides in their parks to be more inclusive to all races and genders that might be offended, and are now going to allow political ads on their Hulu streaming platform.  A service that customers pay for, and that Disney should be politically neutral on.  Every facet of the Disney company has been taken over by politics in one form or another, and yet Bob Chapek is allowing all of these changes to happen.  Changes that exclude a big portion of their audience that aren’t interested in the politics, and used to turn to Disney to escape into a world of make believe that was safe for everyone.

A Cult of Representation

Why does Disney have to be the great experiment when it comes identity politics.  They are on this push to be the most inclusive, when they already were.  They were naturally inclusive and everyone got along.  “To all who come to this happy place: welcome!”  Weren’t those Walt’s words?  But because Chapek’s predecessor had delusions of grandeur, and wanted to run for President, he made his left wing politics front and center, and started hiring leftist activists.  Activists that have been slowly commandeering Disney’s content to portray very adult themes to kids.  These activists have poisoned what was once a safe haven for everybody, and have become a cult of representation that has excluded a majority of Americans.  Disney has become the very face of what a majority of Americans are tuning out from.  Bob Chapek might not agree with these politics, and know that it is destroying Disney, but he is still allowing it to continue.  Bob Chapek is spineless, and until we see him put his foot down, and put an end to the nonsense, how can fans have faith in him?  If Walt were alive today, Bob Chapek and everyone responsible for ignoring Disney fans for the sake of a few offended cry babies, would be fired.
