It is absolutely wonderful when we see a celebrity have the courage to speak their minds no matter the consequences. We’ve seen it with Gina Carano, Dean Cain, Eric Clapton, Kid Rock, Kevin Sorbo, Scott Baio, Joe Rogan, Aaron Rogers, and now Evangeline Lily of Ant-Man and the Wasp fame. It’s refreshing and much needed in a Hollywood fishbowl that loves the smell of their own farts. Evangeline Lily revealed in an Instagram post that she was at the anti-vaccine rally in Washington DC on the 23rd and 24th, and made her opinions on the vaccine mandates quite clear. Of course the cancel culture brigade was out in full force, along with fellow celebrities in the industry who voiced their own ignorance on the matter. It is quite evident, however, from various social media posts, just how divisive and uninformed those on the left actually are. The Covid vaccine should not be forced on anyone and is a choice. People are having to choose between their freedom of that choice and compliance to earn that freedom. It is antithetical to our founding. Evangeline Lily is a free thinker, and an example to the left, that we can disagree on something without having one side or the other forcing their will upon us.
The Unvaccinated Are Being Forced to Take the Vaccine
Evangeline Lily posted to her Instagram account how important bodily sovereignty is, and how we as Americans have the right to choose what we want to put into our bodies.
“I was in DC this weekend to support bodily sovereignty while Canadian truckers were rallying for their cross-country, peaceful convoy in support of the same thing. I believe nobody should ever be forced to inject their body with anything, against their will, under threat of: violent attack, arrest or detention without trial, loss of employment, homelessness, starvation, loss of education, alienation from loved ones, excommunication from society, …under any threat whatsoever. This is not the way. This is not safe. This is not healthy. This is not love. I understand the world is in fear, but I don’t believe that answering fear with force will fix our problems. I was pro choice before COVID and I am still pro choice today.”
People on the left will argue that no one is being forced to get the vaccine. You can rationalize it all day long like that if you want, but if we are not allowed to enter a store, gym, movie theater, or restaurant because we’re not vaccinated, then how is that not being coerced or forced to get the vaccine. Cities like New York aren’t allowing you to participate in society unless you are vaccinated. You can’t go into any indoor establishment without showing your papers. All for a virus that has a survivability rate of 99%. This virus is here to stay, and we are going to have to live with it, just like we live with all of the other incalculable viruses that are out there. This persistent insistence that we need to keep everyone masked and get a vaccine, is going to have long term, traumatic effects on society, especially with our kids. Evangeline Lily said it perfectly, when she said that she was pro choice before Covid, and is pro choice still. That’s what it is fundamentally about, and our governments are trying to take that away from us.
Hollywood and the Mainstream Media are a Bunch of Hive Minded Followers Not Leaders
Some on the left, like scooper and YouTuber Grace Randolph, responded on Twitter by saying “Nobody is forcing anybody to get vaccinated, but you then can’t force people to be around you if you refuse to get vaccinated and are a danger to them.” A completely idiotic statement. It’s still unbelievable that common sense needs to be explained to these people. If you are vaccinated, then why are you afraid of someone who isn’t vaccinated. It wasn’t that long ago, that the Biden administration, the CDC, and the FDA were saying that we needed to protect ourselves from getting Covid by being vaccinated. The vaccines worked so well, that now instead of preventing you from getting Covid, the spin is that you need to get vaccinated and boostered to have less severe symptoms, and not be hospitalized. Again, if you’re vaccinated, why do you care if someone is vaccinated or not? You’re protected, right? The left in the mainstream media and Hollywood, are just a bunch of hive minded followers that can’t think for themselves, and don’t want to do the actual honest homework, from all sides of the facts. Evangeline Lily just expressed an opinion, and now she’s going to get cancelled for it. There are already calls for her to be cancelled from Ant-Man and the Wasp 3. Hopefully that doesn’t happen, but my bet is that she will in some form or another. I mean look at what Disney did to Gina Carano. Would it be a far stretch to think that Kevin Feige wouldn’t do the same to Evangeline Lily?
