Chris Pratt Salutes our fallen brave men and women of the military in an Instagram post, and that, of course, has triggered those on the left. Chris Pratt has been an ardent supporter of our troops and is not shy about his love of America. The detractors were in full force, of course, and displayed their ignorance of Chris’ message and the history of this country. Some posts said “Freedom for white people but not for Native Americans and Mexicans who were here first”, “Wonder how many of them died killing innocents in other countries”, Chris, what planet are you living on? Because it’s not the real one. The US military are not “the good guys”. They have murdered millions of innocent people in Iraq, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Afghanistan. They dropped nuclear weapons on the civilian populations of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. They have tortured people. They imprison people without trial in Guantanamo Bay. They are not the good guys. Chris, your post is staggeringly ignorant of the world outside America, and the devastating impact the US military has had on the world.” And that’s just a few. Chris Pratt is among a very few in Hollywood who have had the courage to stand up for their convictions and double down in the face of adversity. Along with Gina Carano, Kevin Sorbo, and Dean Cain, being outspoken about your convictions is a rare thing in Hollywood and often times will get you cancelled.
Chris Pratt Has Always Stood Firm On His Love of America
Chris Pratt has never been overtly political one way or the other but has stood firm on his faith and his love of America. Memorial Day was no different and Pratt made it very clear in his post.
“America’s exceptional armed forces have altered the course of the world for the better. From the Union Army defeating slave owning confederates, to the Greatest Generation and her Allies vanquishing the Nazis or our special operators hunting down the perpetrators of 9/11.”
He goes on to say that the fallen soldiers are the good guys and they are the ones that run into harms way and sacrifice so that we may enjoy the freedoms that America has given us. But one of the best things I read in that post is how he called out those who feel the need to slam America and this great country.
“And if you use the comments section on posts like this to bitch and moan about America please understand there are countries in the world where criticizing your government will get you killed or imprisoned.”
The Hollywood Elite Doesn’t Appreciate How Lucky They Are to Live in America
I really don’t think the Hollywood elite and the SJW’s on twitter and Instagram really appreciate or understand how lucky they are to live in a country that allows you to express yourself without fear of being jailed or killed for it. It is really mind boggling how a few ignorant and vacuous twits on Twitter control the narrative day in and day out and Hollywood, corporations, and the mainstream media capitulate every single time. Chris Pratt then followed up reminding those people, who felt the need to post negative comments, what those service men have sacrificed that have allowed those negative comments to be expressed.
“Criticism is a right and necessity in amending the flawed systems of man. So by all means, let your voice be heard. But never forget your right to free expression is paid for in blood.”

It’s a Good Sign That Hollywood and SJW’s Are Ramping Up The Woke
Chris Pratt saluting our fallen military heroes shouldn’t be something overlooked or mocked under any circumstance. You have every
right as an American to disagree but disagree and have some respect and dignity for those that might sacrifice one day for your right to be an idiot. Celebrities like Chris Pratt, Gina Carano, Kevin Sorbo, and Dean Cain have found the courage in their convictions to not be swayed by an unappreciative and spoiled twitter mob that hides behind their comments. The politically correct, inclusivity, and diversity SJW crowds are ramping things up in all corners of our entertainment and I think that is a good sign. It’s coming to it’s peak wokeness and I think the pendulum is starting to swing the other way. The fandom has all but lost its patience and is no longer tolerating Hollywood stuffing their political ideologies down our throats through our favorite franchises. The fandom is tuning Hollywood out and this summer will be a great barometer to see what succeeds and what doesn’t. My money is the entertainment that doesn’t preach to us how woke they are and just gives us a great story will win the day. Just look at what happened to ‘Furious 9’ the weekend after Jon Cena apologetically wept in Mandarin to China for calling Taiwan a country. China tuned out and sales dropped dramatically. They know John Cena was being fake and only giving platitudes to try and divert a potential financial disaster. Well…crisis not averted.
