Well, at least Iowa is leading the charge, and setting the example against Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate for private businesses that employ over a 100 people. Iowa’s labor commissioner, Rod Roberts, has come out and stated that they will not enforce OSHA’s emergency temporary standard that went into effect yesterday, that requires private companies with more than 100 employees to get vaccinated or face weekly testing. Joe Biden has stated that the mandate is needed to protect the vaccinated from the vaccinated. Of course this makes no sense, especially now that Omicron is infecting and being spread by the vaccinated, rather than the unvaccinated. Iowa’s governor Kim Reynolds, who is a vocal critic of Biden’s vaccine mandates, applauded Roberts’ decision. Reynolds also joined the lawsuits against the Biden administration , that are currently being argued before the Supreme Court.
Iowa Will Protect its Own
Iowa is among 21 states that have their own work place rules for private and public sectors. After reviewing the OSGA standard and the required vaccine mandate rules, Rod Roberts decided that Iowa’s labor commission would not enforce the rules.
“As a state plan state, the Iowa Division of Labor is charged with protecting the health and safety of those in the workplace and has the authority to enforce workplace safety and health standards for Iowa businesses, Iowa doesn’t have a standard requiring the COVID-19 vaccine or testing. But after closely reviewing the federal OSHA Vaccine Mandate, Iowa has determined it will not adopt the federal standard.”
Hail Iowa! Regardless of them not enforcing the rule, if Iowa’s own state plan for work place safety does not enforce the mandate, then OSHA would
probably take over enforcement. So we will see how that plays out. It could all be for naught, as the rumors are, that the Supreme Court might rule against the Biden administration and this unconstitutional mandate. Governor Kim Reynolds applauded the Labor Commissions decision, stating that Iowa will always protect the freedoms and liberties of all Iowans.
“I applaud Commissioner Roberts’ decision. We are going to continue to protect the freedoms and liberties of Iowans. The Biden Administration continues to ignore the constitutional rights afforded to all Americans, which our country was built on. Instead, they’d rather dictate health care decisions and eliminate personal choice, causing our businesses and employees to suffer and exacerbating our workforce shortage.”
The Pandemic is Over
I hope other states follow suit and set the example just as Iowa is doing. The pandemic is over, and the American people are tired from the onslaught of tyranny, over a virus that is proving less and less severe or deadly with each new variant. The vaccines are not working, and they are losing their effectiveness after just weeks of being taken. If the CDC, Fauci, and the Biden Administration were ethical at all, they would focus on the adverse reactions and deaths from the Covid vaccines, rather than making sure everyone 5 and up take them. Or how about just opening the doors to treatments and natural immunity? The trust from the Federal government is not there, and the American people are seeing right through their hypocrisy and shenanigans. When you even have a Supreme Court Justice not knowing any of the facts around Covid, why should we trust anyone else in government?
