Chris Pratt, star of ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’, ‘Parks and Recreation’, and the Jurassic World movies, is under fire…again. What for, you ask? For wishing his wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger, a Happy Birthday and thanking her, for among many things, a beautiful baby girl. Yep, the Twitter and Instagram mob are at it again, with hate filled messages that say he was insulting his son with ex wife Ana Farris. I mean, come on, really? Chris Pratt can’t catch a break from these idiots who will go out of their way to smear a guy who doesn’t agree with them politically. Chris Pratt has been the ire of insults and negative comments on his Instagram and Twitter accounts, consistently because of his Christian religion and his pro America stance, specifically his support for our troops. Chris Pratt truly is the celebrity we need but don’t deserve. Pratt has never backed down or capitulated or apologized for anything he believes in and Hollywood should pay attention.
Cancel Culture on Full Display
Pratt posted a Happy Birthday wish to his wife Katherine Schwarzenegger, daughter of Arnold, that was loving, funny, and down to earth, and showed a devoted husband who was in awe of his wife.
“Guys For real. Look how she’s looking at me! I mean. Find you somebody that looks at you like that!! You know!? We met in church. She’s given me an amazing life, a gorgeous healthy daughter, she chews so loudly that sometimes i put in my ear buds to drown it out, but that’s love! She helps me with everything. In return, periodically, I open a jar of pickles. That’s the trade. Her heart is pure and it belongs to me. My greatest treasure right next to my Ken Griffey Jr Upper Deck Rookie card. Which if you know, you know is saying a lot. It’s her birthday in about 6 weeks. So if I don’t get her anything, I’ll tell her to look back on this post. Love you honey”
Does any sane, normal person find anything wrong with that post? Does the post insinuate he has a dark place in his heart for his son Jack who was born premature and has some disabilities? Is there anywhere in that post where he says anything negative about his ex wife Ana Farris? Not one thing in that post is hateful or ignorant, yet the polarized insanity, that is the mainstream media, has you thinking he has crossed a line.

In a Buzzfeed article by Ehis Osifo, the headlines throughout this article are absolutely from left field, and ignorant of what the post conveyed.

“Today, Jack is 9 and THRIVING. However, he did have to undergo surgeries as a newborn and currently has visual impairments as well as an ongoing, but not life-threatening, heart problem.”
“So, you can see why Chris Pratt’s mention of his “healthy, gorgeous daughter” rubbed people the wrong way”
“Overall, thanking your current wife for the “gorgeous, healthy daughter” she gave you while fully knowing the hardships you faced with your ex-wife after the premature birth of your oldest child…is at best a gross oversight and at worst just plain cruel. In conclusion”
The Twitter responses were also something left to be desired, but not shocking at all.

Chris Pratt did not bend to cancel culture and indirectly responded in his own way in a series of Instagram stories in which he praised God, went out for a run, and listened to Christian music to get him out of his depressed funk. Chris Pratt is a true American patriot and deserves our full support no matter what side of the aisle you lean on. He is fierce in his faith to God and country and everyone in Hollywood should lead by his example. To infer that Chris Pratt has any less love for his son Jack is preposterous and without merit, and just proves, that there are people out there who are very bored with their own lives.
