The Biden Administration is preparing for a mass vaccination of kids ages 5-11. According to a White House brief sent out today, The Biden administration has ordered enough of the Pfizer Bio N Tech vaccine to vaccinate all 28 million kids ages 5-11 in the country. In their brief, the Biden Administration states they will be ready on day one of a CDC and FDA approval of the vaccine for that age group. Two independent advisory panels for both entities meet on October 26th.
“In anticipation of the FDA’s independent advisory committee meeting on October 26 and the CDC’s independent advisory committee meeting on November 2-3, today the Biden Administration is announcing a plan to ensure that, if a vaccine is authorized for children ages 5-11, it is quickly distributed and made conveniently and equitably available to families across the country. The start of a vaccination program for children ages 5-11 will depend on the independent FDA and CDC process and timeline, but our planning efforts mean that we will be ready to begin getting shots in arms in the days following a final CDC recommendation. These steps will be critical in ensuring that we are staying ahead of the virus by keeping kids and families safe, especially those at highest risk.”
The vaccine, if approved for the age group, will be available at over 25,000 pediatric offices, 100 children’s hospitals, and tens of thousands of pharmacies across the country.
Kids in This Age Group Don’t Need a Vaccine
The push for a vaccine, in an age group that typically shows little or no symptoms, and who are rarely affected by Covid-19, is another sign that the Biden Administration is desperate for attention. It’s also a sign that they are ignoring the science of the vaccine on purpose. For example, 40% of people from Maryland, who have died from Covid were fully vaccinated. But, the Biden Administration will just say that we need more boosters. Boosters that have not been approved for the general public by the FDA. And, boosters for a vaccine that is increasingly waning in its efficacy. This push for vaccines in 5-11 year olds is going to anger parents even more. The science has already proven that kids are not at risk from dying or even from having any kind of severe symptoms. This will hit close to home…but does Biden really care?
